Vibration plate conveyor speed to the three-note points:
1, check the screws fastening the elastic element is loose;
2, the spring is broken;
3, the solenoid gap is too large, the normal gap corresponding electromagnet with a small vibrating armature plate spacing 0.5MM to 1.2MM range. Face is not parallel with the armature core of not greater than 0.02MM.
